After confirming your payment, regular items will be shipped within 2-5 days. Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they arrive. We will inform you by email when the item is shipped. Thank you for your understanding.

*Please check the product name on the product page for shipping times. Delivery methods will be Yu-Pack and mail service.

If we do not receive your payment within 7 days of the order date, your order will be cancelled.

We take every precaution with our products and delivery, but in the unlikely event that a product is defective or faulty, the product you receive is dirty or damaged, or a product different from the one you ordered is received, we will accept returns or exchanges.

If you wish to return a non-defective product, please submit a request using the return form below and return the product to us within 10 days of receipt. We will only cover shipping costs if the product is sent via cash on delivery with Sagawa Express. If you use a different shipping company, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. However, we cannot accept returns in the following cases:

• Products that have been used by customers
  Products that have been delivered more than 10 days ago
  Products that have been damaged or scratched while in the customer's possession
  Products that have smells of tobacco, perfume, detergent, etc.
  Products that have been washed or sent to the dry cleaners
  In the case of malicious orders such as lack of desire to purchase
