Can I alter the size?
We are very sorry. In order to prevent any trouble, we do not offer repair services. Thank you for your understanding.
Size Information
For ONE PEACE ONLINE products, the sizes are listed in the "Size Details" section, based on our own measurement method, in accordance with the size guide .
*There may be an error of 1 to 2 cm depending on the product.
Can I order by phone or email?
We also accept orders over the phone. In that case, the only payment method is cash on delivery, and a cash on delivery fee of 330 yen (tax included) will be added to the product price.

Can I reserve it?
We are currently not accepting reservations.
Can I ship the items together?
If the payment methods are different, we cannot ship the items together. If you wish to ship the items together, please cancel your order and place it again.
Can I change my order?
Once we have sent you an order completion email, we will no longer be able to accept any changes to your order as we have already begun preparations for shipping.
Please note that we cannot change points or coupons.
Can you write me a receipt?
Yes, please fill in the receipt request (recipient name and notes) in the comments section when placing your order.
*If the recipient and notes are not specified, we will write the name of the person placing the order in the recipient field and write "item price" in the notes field.
I was told that my credit card wasn't accepted...
Your card cannot be used due to various errors.
It is possible that the card has been suspended for some reason, the PIN or membership number is incorrect, the limit has been exceeded, the card has been stolen or invalidated due to an accident, or the number of payments specified is not supported by our store. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please check with your card company.
When will my item arrive?
Orders placed by our designated time will be shipped on the same day. (Until 12:00 on weekdays, 10:00 on weekends and holidays)
After the product has been shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number, so please check there.
Why is my order being sent by courier even though I ordered by mail?
If the product you ordered exceeds the standard size for mail delivery, we will automatically change the delivery method to courier delivery.
* For example, if the packaging thickness exceeds 1.5 cm or if the product is fragile.
In addition, if your payment method is cash on delivery, we will change it to delivery by courier.
I have paid but have not received the item.
- Is the name of the account holder the same as the person who placed the order? If the name of the account holder or the amount of the transfer is different, the payment may not have been confirmed. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us here .
- If you purchase a regular product and a pre-order product at the same time, they will be shipped together, so the regular product will not be shipped until the pre-order product arrives.
Can I have the package delivered to a branch office?
Yes, that is possible. If you specify the delivery address as your preferred office, the item will be delivered to the office.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order has been confirmed, we cannot accept the use of coupons, cancellation of products, changes to shipping address information, or additional changes to the specified date and time.

Can I use any delivery company to send my returned items?
Regarding the delivery company for the return, we will only accept Sagawa Express free of charge . If you use a different delivery company to return the product, please note that a fee will be charged.
