For areas other than Okinawa and remote islands, the minimum order price is 3,980 yen (tax included),
Shipping to Okinawa and remote islands is free for orders over 9,800 yen (tax included).

[Cash on delivery]: Handling fee of 330 yen (tax included) per delivery

■ Mail delivery (Yu-Packet)
Mail delivery: 280 yen nationwide
For areas other than Okinawa and remote islands, the minimum order price is 3,980 yen (tax included),
Shipping to Okinawa and remote islands is free for orders over 9,800 yen (tax included).

<Delivery conditions>
This is a post delivery service.
You cannot specify a delivery date and time.
Cash on delivery is not available.
1 package: thickness within 3cm
One product will be shipped in one package. (When ordering multiple products, even if they are delivered to the same address, shipping fee will be 280 yen x number of packages.)
If the product you ordered exceeds the standard size for mail delivery, we will automatically change the delivery method to courier delivery.
* For example, if the packaging thickness exceeds 3cm or if the product is fragile.

<Notes regarding mail delivery (Yu-Packet)>
Mail delivery (Yu-Packet) is treated the same as postcards and envelopes, and is a service that does not include compensation.
They will not be delivered to your front door, but will be placed directly in your mailbox, just like postcards or envelopes.
If the parcel does not fit in your mailbox and you are not at home, a notice of absence will be posted. After being kept at the post office for a certain period of time, it will be returned to the sender.
Since the package will not be delivered by hand, we recommend using regular delivery (Yu-Pack) if you are worried about theft due to an unlocked mailbox, etc.
Please note that we cannot provide any compensation in the unlikely event that your item is stolen, damaged or lost after it has been shipped.
If you wish to receive your package safely and securely, please use standard delivery (Yu-Pack).

Delivery date

Orders placed by our designated time will be shipped on the same day. (Until 12:00 on weekdays, 10:00 on weekends and holidays)
After the product has been shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number, so please check there.

After confirming your payment, regular items will be shipped within 2-5 days. Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they arrive.
We will inform you by email at the time of shipment. Thank you for your understanding.

The delivery date and time is only an estimate and does not guarantee the arrival date.
Please note that delivery may be delayed depending on order status, holidays, delivery to remote islands, and the convenience of the shipping company.

In the event of a typhoon, earthquake, heavy snowfall, or other natural disaster, shipping may be suspended depending on the situation, and your order may not be delivered on the date and time you requested.

After the product has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
