On Tuesday, September 24th, we received a report from Kantsu Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Kantsu") that the investigation is progressing slowly and that they are unable to determine a timeline for a report.
In response to this, we are working to cooperate with these parties and to promptly report any information concerning our company that comes to light.
In addition, regarding security, Customs has completed elimination of the cause of this incident with the help of an external security specialist.
We are planning and implementing further security measures.
In the future, if Kantsu reports any facts such as the leaking of personal information, we will report it promptly and work sincerely with Kantsu, our contractor, to prevent recurrence.
