The One Piece official online shop outsources its shipping operations to Kantsu Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Kantsu").

On Friday, September 13, 2024, Kantsu reported that its server had been subjected to a ransomware cyber attack, resulting in the possibility of personal information being leaked.

Currently, the personal information that may be leaked is as follows:

・Recipient's address, name, and phone number ・Sender's address, name, and phone number ・Requester's name

*Payment is outsourced to a separate agency, so there is no possibility of credit card numbers or other payment-related information being leaked.

The facts of the personal information leak, the individuals involved, and other details are currently being investigated according to the schedule below.
We will report the details as soon as they become available.

・Sunday, September 15th: Data investigation begins (by Customs and external specialist companies)
・About one week after September 15th (Sunday): A preliminary interim report is scheduled. ・3 to 4 weeks after September 15th (Sunday): A final report is scheduled.
